The Natur am Byth Impact Measurement Framework (IMF) helps us understand, measure, and improve the difference our programme makes for nature, people, and organisations across Wales. Designed with support from specialist consultants and embedded in the programme from the very beginning, the IMF provides a consistent approach to monitoring and evaluation while recognising the unique needs of each project.
By collecting evidence throughout the programme, the IMF helps us track what is working well, learn from challenges, and adapt our activities to maximise impact. It supports inclusive practice, informs future conservation work, and helps us demonstrate accountability to funders and partners.
Most importantly, the IMF ensures that learning and reflection are at the heart of Natur am Byth, helping us create a lasting legacy for nature conservation in Wales and beyond.
Mid-term Programme Review
As part of our Impact Measurement Framework (IMF), we undertook a comprehensive mid-term review of the programme to assess progress, capture learning, and identify opportunities for improvement. The two reports below, our Natur am Byth Annual Report 2024-2025 (produced by JEM Associates) and the internal Natur am Byth Measurable Benefits: Mid-term Progress Report, present the findings of this review, highlighting achievements to date, key challenges, and lessons that will help shape the remainder of the programme.
